The location is convenient, about one train stop from the main station and a short walk away. A supermarket is right next door.
The air CONDITIONING temperature could not be adjusted. I felt warm after showering and a bit cool before dawn. The front desk staff was not patient and spoke rapidly with a heavy accent. It was difficult to understand them.

the check-in was fast. I even checked in earlier, it helped a lot after my long flight. breakfast offered a continental variety that tasted amazing!
The room felt a bit too warm since the air conditioning is central. I couldn't change the temperature from inside my room. i hope they address this soon!
